Abstract

The essay focuses on the role of party that assets characterised by their “own” legal relationships could assume in civil proceedings; notwithstanding their differences on a substantive level, in a procedural perspective there is an “administrator” with the right to bring legal actions, who may sue and defend “on behalf” of the asset itself.
