Abstract

This work aims to investigate the pleasure-suffering dynamics in the daily life of professionals working in startups, characterizing the routine activities and labor relations in these companies, identifying the elements that generate pleasure and/or suffering and analyzing the mediation strategies implemented by the workers in order to cope with adversity. The theoretical-methodological reference will be the Psychodynamics of Work, which understands the forms of work organization as core to the understanding of the dynamic pleasure and suffering, understanding them in the historical and social context in which they are produced.
