Abstract
This work aims to investigate the pleasure-suffering dynamics in the daily life of professionals working in startups, characterizing the routine activities and labor relations in these companies, identifying the elements that generate pleasure and/or suffering and analyzing the mediation strategies implemented by the workers in order to cope with adversity.
