The Role of the University Library in educating ecological culture in students (awareness of specially protected natural areas)

Abstract

The experience of the University Library is discussed. The problems related to the young adults’ ecological culture are revealed. The poster lecture: «The natural resources and specially protected natural areas in Nizhny Novgorod region» was presented to the students to support their awareness of the natural resources and ecological problems of the region. The soils, water, land and forest resources with the specially protected natural areas, in particular, Kerzhensky Natural Reserve in Nizhny Novgorod Region are characterized.
