Abstract

This is a partial, tentative account that explores how we can be renewed when the world may already be lost. What can we say about the world when we aren’t losing just it, but we are losing our minds? How can an aesthetic of appreciation renew us? The mind that got us here isn’t going to be the one that saves us.
