However, there are some deficiencies for applying them. Therefore, this paper presents a review of different techniques and devices used to apply the vibration-assisted machining on different processes including turning, drilling, grinding, and milling. In addition, the pros and cons for such techniques and devices are summarized. Abstract

Nowadays, the precise miniaturized products are increasingly in demand for various industries. Many applications need to be manufactured from hard and brittle materials which are difficult to be machined by conventional and nonconventional methods.
