Abstract

These relate to their feelings about the impact of their profession on their health, the quality of social relations in the exercice of their profession (including the climate of the school and the classroom climate), their job satisfaction, their self-efficacy or the stress and exhaustion from carrying out their task. This summary document analyses the results of the surveys conducted mainly between 2019 and 2021 on these issues.
