Abstract

The article presents the results of a cross-cultural study of the motives for higher education students in Russia and China. The study provided an insight into the motives of Chinese and Russian students as a result of higher education. It is determined that the formation of the motives of the doctrine depends on the motivational background and national psychological characteristics. Recommendations to teachers for successful training of students of two countries are offered.
