Раскрывается взаимосвязь оперативно-разыскной и уголовно-процессуальной деятельности в организации расследования преступлений. Акцентируется внимание на унификации законодательства, регламентирующего сферу их применения. The article reveals the relationship between operational investigative and criminal procedural activities in the organization of crime investigation and focuses on the unification of legislation regulating the scope of their application.
