Research on Intellectual Property Rights of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Based on Bibliometrics

Abstract

At present, “intellectual property rights have become a focus of international economic and enterprise competition” The actual situation in China is that many small and medium-sized enterprises are still in the state of “non intellectual data source property rights” with “manufacturing” but without “creation”, which seriously restricts the independent innovation and healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises [1]. Based on the relevant literature collected in CNKI periodical database, this paper uses Excel and citespacv to analyze the relevant literature and makes a bibliometric analysis the research direction of industrial intellectual property.
