Abstract
“Tianqing”, a meteorological big data cloud platform, is the most complete and authoritative meteorological data information system for the meteorological department at present. However, due to the lack of comprehensive monitoring of the whole process of it, the faults cannot be accurately located and the processing is not timely enough.
