Basic differential cascode voltage switch (DCVS) circuits with functional and scan load

Abstract

This paper describes a basic DCVS (Differential Cascode Voltage Switch) which can be used as a uniform basis for constructing DCVS logic circuits, register latch circuits and circuits which can be conditioned individually to function as either or both DCVS logic and register latch.
