Professional and personal development of students in a modern university in a cross-border setting

Abstract

The article presents the results of theoretical and experimental research related to the identification of heuristic possibilities of interaction between cross-border universities in the professional and personal development of students. It is shown that a comprehensive account of these opportunities in the educational process of a university operating in a cross-border environment is an important factor in the development of a student as an individual and professional at the current stage of society and the higher education system.
