Analisis produktivitas hasil tangkapan nelayan di Desa Pantai Bahagia, Kecamatan Muara Gembong, Kabupaten Bekasi

Abstract

Many factors influence productivity, but this study is limited to three factors, namely, Age, Education Level and Work Experience. This study aims to, 1) Determine the trend of productivity development of fishermen's catches in Pantai Bahagia Village, Muara Gembong District, Bekasi Regency. 2) Analyze which factors are more dominant on the productivity of fishermen's catches in Pantai Bahagia Village, Muara Gembong District, Bekasi Regency. The trend of productivity development in the catching fisheries sector results decreased in 2014. There was a decrease in total catch production due to flash floods that hit the area. Influence factors such as natural disasters that can not be suspected or prevented by humans. There is no influence of the catch on these three factors, which include age, level of education and work experience. The decline in catch occurs during the transition season, because the weather in the transition season does not allow fishermen to go out to sea.
