Abstract

Agglomeration has become a priority in the territorial and economic development of the country, contributing to the improvement of the regional economy, raising the investment attractiveness of territories, increasing the sustainability of the settlement system, the interaction of municipalities in the economy, demographic and social spheres. In order to solve the resulting transport and road construction problems in the agglomeration area, the deterioration of the environmental condition of the agglomeration core, and the population outflow from cities and regional municipalities, it is necessary to study the socio-economic situation of the region's municipalities and the population's attitude to the development of the agglomeration
