Of the more than 30 design organizations serving the wine industry, currently there are 3 organizations. The production base was reduced by more than 80%. However, in the food industry there is a development reserve in the form of accumulated experience and intellectual resources. The composition of the produced equipment for the processing of wine materials fully provides the technological production cycle.
