The research of the production base of domestic equipment of secondary winemaking at a certain time interval (from 1992 to 2017) was carried out in the following categories: developers (design bureaus), manufacturers and a list of produced winemaking equipment. The main winemaking equipment was installed, which was developed and put into production until 1992. Since then, almost no new samples have appeared on the market. Of the more than 30 design organizations serving the wine industry, currently there are 3 organizations. The production base was reduced by more than 80%. However, in the food industry there is a development reserve in the form of accumulated experience and intellectual resources. The composition of the produced equipment for the processing of wine materials fully provides the technological production cycle.
