The slab surface temperature-measurement system of continuous casting based on CCD imaging have two typical implementations, such as combination of image acquisition card and computer, CCD image sensor with Nios II embedded soft-core processor etc. In this paper, the slab surface temperature-measurement system of continuous casting was designed on Cyclone 1C20 which is embedded soft-core processor. Abstract

Continuous casting technology is a process of heat transferring from liquid steel to solid billet. During this process, temperature of slab surface is one of the most important parameters for controlling. It is one of the main reasons that to optimize casting speed, to determine intensity of the second cold and determine liquid depth. 基于CCD成像的连铸板坯表面温度测量研究
连铸技术是钢液向固态钢坯传热的过程。在此过程中,板坯表面温度是最重要的控制参数之一。优化浇注速度、确定二次冷强度和确定液深是主要原因之一。因此,控制板坯表面温度成为连铸过程中一个重要的研究方向。基于CCD成像的连铸板坯表面温度测量系统有图像采集卡与计算机相结合、CCD图像传感器与Nios II嵌入式软核处理器相结合等两种典型实现方式。本文在嵌入式软核处理器Cyclone 1C20上设计了连铸板坯表面温度测量系统。实验结果证明,该测温系统准确、高效,可广泛应用于煤炭、钢铁、冶金等行业的高温测量。对提高连铸生产效率具有现实意义。
