Abstract

Taking into account the wealth of e-government services and the complexity of interpreting and implementing changes in government regulations, it is highly complex to manage knowledge about e-government service systems. In this paper, we propose a novel approach to enhance knowledge management of e-government service systems that is capable of dealing with dynamic circumstances by providing knowledge to deal with the extensions or modifications that these circumstances require.
