{"title":"Dynamics of the content of nutrients in winter barley plants depending on the variety, sowing dates and plant growth regulators","authors":"","doi":"10.56407/2313-092x/2022-26(3)-6","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"The problem of increasing the production of winter barley grain on irrigated lands can be solved thanks to the improvement of the varietal composition, optimization of sowing dates and improvement of the nutrition system, in particular through the use of drugs with growth-regulating properties. Taking into account the important biological role of growth regulators in the plant nutrition system, the aim was to determine the influence of Gummifield Forte brix, MIR and PROLIS on the content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the main phases of plant development of different varieties of winter barley at optimal and late sowing dates. The research was conducted at the Institute of Irrigated Agriculture (now the Institute of Climate-Oriented Agriculture) of the National Academy of Sciences according to methodological recommendations for conducting field tests under irrigation conditions. In the above-ground mass of plants, straw and grain, the total content was determined: nitrogen – according to Kjeldahl, phosphorus – according to Murphy-Reilly, potassium – using a flame photometer. It was determined that on the irrigated lands of the South of Ukraine, the use of growth regulators Gumifield Forte brix, MIR and PROLIS had a significant effect on the accumulation of the main nutrients (especially nitrogen) by plants and winter barley grains. The highest content of basic nutrients in plants was at the early stages of development (spring tillering), after which their amount decreased until the end of the growing season of the crop. The maximum nitrogen content of 2.02% on dry matter on the Dev'iatyi val variety and 1.85% on the Academichnyi variety was provided by the use of Gummifield Forte Brix.Among the varieties, the Dev'iatyi val, on average, accumulated nitrogen in the grain for sowing on October 1 and 20 by 9.1 and 9.5 percentage points more than Akademichnyi, according to the plant growth regulator factor. Thanks to the treatment of winter barley seeds with plant growth regulators Gumifield Forte Brix and PROLIS and sowing the crop at the optimal time, it is possible to increase the nitrogen content in plants and grain by 6.0-15.1 and 9.3-22.5 percentage points, respectively, which will have a positive effect on grain formation and its quality. Abstract

通过改善品种组成、优化播期和改善营养系统,特别是通过使用具有生长调节特性的药物,可以解决灌溉地冬大麦产量增加的问题。考虑到生长调节剂在植物营养系统中的重要生物学作用,本试验旨在确定甘密复糖、MIR和PROLIS对不同品种冬大麦最适播期和晚播期植株发育主要阶段氮、磷、钾含量的影响。这项研究是在美国国家科学院灌溉农业研究所(现为气候导向农业研究所)根据在灌溉条件下进行实地试验的方法建议进行的。在地上的大量植物、秸秆和谷物中,测定了总含量:氮——根据凯氏定氮法,磷——根据墨菲-赖利法,钾——使用火焰光度计。经确定,在乌克兰南部的灌溉地,使用生长调节剂Gumifield Forte brix、MIR和PROLIS对植物和冬大麦籽粒的主要营养物质(特别是氮)积累有显著影响。植株基本养分含量在发育初期(春季分蘖期)最高,之后逐渐减少,直至作物生长季结束。在干物质氮含量最高的情况下,使用甘蔗渣(Gummifield Forte Brix)可使Dev'iatyi val品种氮含量达到2.02%,Academichnyi品种氮含量达到1.85%。根据植物生长调节因子,10月1日和20日播种时,Dev'iatyi品种籽粒氮素累积平均比Akademichnyi高出9.1和9.5个百分点。用植物生长调节剂Gumifield Forte Brix和PROLIS处理冬大麦种子,并在最佳时间播种,可使植株和籽粒氮含量分别提高6.0 ~ 15.1个百分点和9.3 ~ 22.5个百分点,对籽粒形成和籽粒品质有积极影响。在进一步的研究中,有必要在乌克兰南部的灌溉条件下,利用新的多组分生长调节剂来优化矿质肥料的施用剂量
