Abstract

This paper presents a quality model as a method for a user-oriented visualization of quality information and quality control in industrial assembly. The quality situation of an examination object will be quantified and evaluated through quality and inspection characteristics based on a vector display with special focus on the collaboration between man and system for active quality control. The objectives of the quality model are to increase product and production quality as well as reduce rework outlay and quality costs to achieve the highest possible level of production efficiency. The quality model thereby offers a contribution for transitioning to a quality-oriented smart factory.
面向整车装配质量评价与控制的质量可视化模型
