Abstract

Based on the correlation theory, the fault diagnosis reasoning method, which is established upon the assumption that system has two states: health and fault, can obtain diagnostic reasoning model and realize fault diagnosis.is, In addition to health or fault state, there is a clear intermediate state in many electronic products, namely sub-health state. This state is neither a health state nor a fault state. The usage of health, fault multiway approach will misdiagnose sub-health state as health or fault state. In view of the above, the concept of sub-health is introduced to the study on prognostics and health management of electronic products based on the current fault diagnosis research, to realize the sub-health state recognition and fault diagnosis by using correlation theory considering sub-health state of diagnostic reasoning. 考虑亚健康状态的电子产品故障诊断方法
