János Arany's meeting with Harry Potter

Abstract

In Lajos Kossuth Teachers' Training School we made a joint Hungarian Literature and Information Technology project this year. The occasion was the 200-birth anniversary of the famous Hungarian poet János Arany. We chose a K8 level class in the school to make this project. In a Hungarian literature lesson, we asked students, if they could to make a newspaper like the one in motion picture “Harry Potter”, where the pictures were moving. In Information Technology lessons, they got technology help with it. In this demonstration, we show the result of the project and the technological background students worked with.
