A proper designing of directly coupled solar water pumping system powered from solar panels, DC to DC Boost converter, separately excited wound DC motor and centrifugal pump with hydraulic system in cascaded is presented. Abstract

This paper presents the modeling and simulation of water pumping system for hydraulic actuated load fed from solar energy. Now-a-days PV based water pumping system is increasingly used for irrigation purpose in India.
