Recommendations for design of PSC taking into account their shielding effect for the purpose of decrease acoustic pollution are developed.\nPossibilities of the developed computer program for design of PSC with noise-protective characteristics concerning object of a noise-protective are reflected in this work. The problem of optimization of PSC tech-nical parameters for the purpose of increase of level of security of an urban environment from the acoustic pollution of road traffic is solved.
