Generalized sample-hold functions approach to filtering and control

Abstract

This paper investigates the use of the generalized sampled-data hold functions in some filtering and control tasks. The idea of this special kind of the reconstruction process is to use the sampled-data feedback, but considering the hold function itself as a design parameter. The analysis is illustrated by an example.
