Abstract

Change is inevitable fact for every ?organization. Every organization has to ?undergo the change. Most of the ?organizations undergoes the changes in ?response of the thought that something is ?not right. In this study we are studying the ?various changes in the Engro Foods Ltd by ?interviewing the managerial persons of the ?organization.
