Abstract

A 2.4 GHz CMOS based highly linear; low power, low voltage with minimum noise figure current mirror UP conversion mixer in 0.18 micrometer technology is designed. The proposed UP conversion mixer is based on current mirror technology and class AB topology of the power amplifier. In addition to it by using previous current mirror technology and class AB topology in mixer image rejection of the mixer is improved, nonlinearity of the mixer decreases and further more power dissipation of mixer is also reduced.
