Abstract

The article analyzes the parameters of the elements of the parts of the food grinder, such as the shape of the working holes in the grate and the shape of the blades of the movable knife, as well as the properties of the material from which they are made. Based on the analysis, the optimal parameters are given that will improve the quality of the grinding process, namely its energy efficiency.
