Although hierarchical RAID (HiRAID) has three fault tolerances, efficiency in capacity is low. In the previous work, we proposed N-ary RAID, which is flat (not hierarchical) RAID with multiple parities based on a block unit. N-ary RAID is a 3 fault tolerant RAID. In this paper, we propose N-ary RAID MP, which is combined N-ary RAID to RAID MP (Multiple Parity). Abstract
