Abstract

Fast Charging Station (FCS) will be deployed on the highways. These fast charging stations are characterized by the high power, which is needed to reduce the charging time of the plug-in electric vehicle. Therefore, the impact of such high power fast charging stations on the electric power quality in the electric power distribution system needs to be quantified.
