Abstract

The paper presents experience in developing, manufacturing and measurements of two different leaky-wave antennas operating in D-band (125 GHz–140/145 GHz). Both antennas are manufactured using Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) technology. One of them uses a non-zero-shrinkage DuPont 9k7 and the other one zero-shrinkage ESL T1110-T green tape. Also, the article shows measurement results of both antennas and description of key aspects, which should be taken into account during sub-THz antennas developing process.
