Design/methodology/approach : The study used the methodology developed by Eurostat and OECD, as presented in the Oslo Manual. Findings: The empirical part presents, using statistical data, the innovative activity of Polish industrial enterprises in the years 2017-2019. Originality/value : The survey of industrial and service enterprises was conducted between 2017 and 2019, and its results were published in 2020. Abstract
