The development of a cloud learning environment with an attention detection mechanism could create an attention-oriented recommendation learning service platform, through which learners would be able to learn at any time and place, and their learning state could be instantaneously observed. This would also allow the utilization of high-speed computing in a cloud computing environment and the sharing of large amounts of learning resources. Abstract
