Abstract
The article aims to analyze the impact of the Brazilian National Council of Justice (CNJ) resolutions into the digital transformation of the judiciary, providing reflections on the need for this in light of the rapid changes in social and economic dynamics that have taken place in recent decades, including technological disruptions.
