The main influence factors are analyzed by combining the circuit structure and classify discussing the changes in signal loss and negative group delay. Finally, it is concluded that the group delay of the new negative group delay circuit designed in this paper is -28ns and the signal loss is 22.20dB. Abstract

In order to solve the problems of high loss, narrow bandwidth, and low delay of existing negative group delay circuits, a new type of distributed negative group delay circuit is designed. Then the value of the transmission line directly affects the transmission characteristics of the port, and the value of R will change the amplitude characteristics of the transmission parameters.
