The concept of two-in-one on a bicycle resulted in the function of the bicycle being not only as a means of transportation. The resulting bicycle product design innovation is a solution that is awaited by the community. The method used is to implement design thinking intensely: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. In each research activity, it is possible to carry out sub-activities that will strengthen the design results. Structure analysis of bicycle with numerical simulation can control alternative designs of bicycles. From the four bicycle designs and prototypes that have been realized, a downstream program for research products can be arranged.
