Abstract

Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) has ended up the most famous technique for imaging brain functions. Currently, there is a giant range of software packages for the analysis of fMRI data, such as AFNI, SPM, Free Surfer, FSL, fMRIPrep and Workbench. In this work, we propose an fMRI preprocessing on SPM applied to ABIDE II database and we evaluate this processing by applying an MLG.
