Reading, Processing and Correction of Spectroscopic Information in a Diffraction Grating Spectral Device

Abstract

A mathematical model and an algorithm for correcting the results of spectroscopic measurements in a diffraction grating spectral device have been developed. The correction is necessary because of the features of the spectra properties obtained by device of this type. On the basis of the proposed model and algorithm, a spectroscopic information reading device has been implemented, and software has been developed that corrects the measurement results of the spectrum.
