SOME ASPECTS OF COMMUNICATIVE BEHAVIOUR OF THE REPRESENTATIVES OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION SECTOR IN THE FIELD OF CIVIL PROTECTION

Abstract

The article focuses on official-business communication that is communication among people as representatives of social institutions. The issue of communicants’ interaction during the process of professional cooperation is considered. It has been found out that such interaction involves speakers’ ability to choose an adequate strategy for professional discourse and to structure the most typical situations of professional interaction. The analysis of socio-psychological features of communicative behavior of the civil protection public administration sector representatives in the situations of professional interaction is presented. The need to establish business relations between representatives of the public administration sector and society in order to solve organizational and managerial tasks in the field of civil protection is emphasized.
