Abstract

A novel video watermarking algorithm based on wavelet transform and chaotic maps is here introduced. We apply the two dimensional wavelet transform on I-frames and then insert the chaotic watermark into part of the sub-band coefficients. Since chaotic maps are sensitive to initial values, initial values of the chaotic maps and their chaotic parameters are exploited as secret keys in our algorithm.
