Procurement logistics in branch purchasing group

Abstract

The aim of the article is an organization and functioning of logistics supply in the the commercial company operating in the branch purchasing group has been presented. The definition, classification and functioning of purchasing groups have been discussed. The organization of supply systems that can be used in purchasing groups has been shown. On the example of the commercial company an evaluation of the supply system has been conducted as well as the costs analysis of supply logistics on a selected company.
