Multi-angle Risk Identification and Comprehensive Evaluation of Electricity Retailers in the Electricity Sales Market Environment

Abstract

With the launch of China’s power sales reform, the original market structure and environment have changed, and electricity retailers have become the emerging market players. While the opening of the electricity sales market brings development opportunities to many electricity retailers, it also makes them face diverse risks. Therefore, this paper conducts a multi-faceted risk identification and comprehensive evaluation study of electricity retailers in the electricity sales market environment. Firstly, this paper constructs a risk evaluation system from multiple dimensions, such as electricity sales market structure, electricity sales market environment, wholesale side operation risk, retail side operation risk and internal operation risk; secondly, it constructs specific evaluation indexes; then, it conducts comprehensive evaluation by operating hierarchical analysis method and simulation comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the validity of this paper’s model is verified by arithmetic analysis.
