The basic medium is NP+CW. The axillary bud growth is measured based on the time of bud emerge, shoot growth, explant percentage which form axillary bud, root growth, and plantlet wet weight. Data obtained were analyzed using ANOVA and continued with DMRT 5%. Results show that B treatment give fastest bud emerging time, and highest stem diameter, buds height, leaves length, leaves width, roots length. A treatment shows best results on shoots number, plantlet wet weight, number of leaves, and number of roots.
