The logistics industry will face new challenges and tests. Many companies headed by JingDong (JD) have started the practice of \"new retail\". Therefore, this paper will use JD warehousing model as an example to study the warehousing construction model of JD self-built logistics model from the aspects of market growth rate and the number of active users. Through SPSS modeling, F-test and Logstic regression were performed to determine the problems in JD Mall's logistics model, and using Matlab modeling software, based on the more general fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for enterprise applications, horizontally comparative study of JD.
