The results show that the proposed system achieved blood groups detection and Rh factor test via special algorithms. Furthermore, 99.2% accuracy by using125 - volunteer is achieved in blood groups detection with relative the traditional method. The treatment of sample picture by the suggested matlab is needed for 1.5-1.55 seconds to get the result, therefore this method can be suggested to accomplish routine blood groups and Rh factor tests with high throughput. Abstract
