ESTATE: SOME ASPECTS OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT PRACTICE

Abstract

The article discusses current and important problems that arise in the law enforcement practice of the heirs in the registration of acceptance of the inheritance associated with escheated property and the inclusion of property in the inheritance. The emerging problems of the composition of the hereditary property are analyzed and a conclusion is formulated that allows the current regulatory framework governing inheritance legal relations to be brought into line with modern requirements aimed at increasing the effectiveness of preventing litigation in cases of inheritance.
