Abstract

Modern technologies of modeling open new resources in the effective management of information flows in the construction industry. Communication between designers and builders at the level of the information model has an obstacle: different modeling systems have their own file formats. The methods of combining different parts of the model are proposed: a single description language, direct interfaces, the creation of a single platform. The article describes the possibilities of blockchain technology in the implementation of building information modeling technology. Assessment of the feasibility of using blockchain has shown that the use of technology is relevant to the growing number of actors. The analysis of the evolutionary model of Polterovich-Tonis in relation to the processes of information modeling.
