The proposed circuit reduces the oscillator transconductance variations related to temperature and process variation even operating at 1V of supply voltage. This circuit was designed and simulated in 180nm CMOS technology consuming 1.2mW with −92 dBc/Hz of phase noise (PN) at 1 MHz from the carrier and tuning range from 4.78 to 5.04 GHz (5.2%). Abstract
