Bone Metastasis Secondary to Vulvar Cancer

Abstract

Abstract Bone metastases from a vulvar cancer are extremely rare with only few reported cases in literature. Some cases were reported, in which patients developed pathologic fractures within eight months following radical surgery for advanced vulvar carcinoma. It is unanimously recognized that metastatic vulvar cancer is a rare condition. Therefore, information on metastatic determinations and corresponding prognosis or therapeutic approaches is very low. This paper is a review on some extremely rare conditions, such as bone metastases in vulvar cancer.
