Abstract

Harmonic radar technology has been researched and developed for studying the foraging behaviour of honey bees. This work presents the development of a working prototype of a narrow-band harmonic radar system, at 2.5/5GHz, using off-the-shelf components to detect the presence of Indian honey bees.
