Abstract
THz-band can offer very wide spectrum to enable over 100 Gbps wireless communication systems for wireless mobile backhaul/fronthaul links. As THz-band outdoor wireless communication systems suffer not only rain attenuation but also atmospheric attenuation, it is required to assess link outage probability for link budget design by taking account of these factors at the same time.
